We called on Isabelle Millette and her team to optimize neonatal care in our hospital.
All the NICU staff received their training. Nurses and doctors all loved the training, both theoretical and practical/coaching. We are gradually implementing developmental care on our NICU and we are already seeing great improvement in the care given to newborns and their families.This training only brings positive things to our NICU, to our work and especially to our patients.
