Our Trauma-informed developmental care program (TIDCP) is a comprehensive bundle of bilingual (English & French) online training modules are designed to equip healthcare professionals with essential theoretical knowledge and practical skills in trauma-informed developmental neonatal care.
Explore the principles of family-centered care in the NICU, including strategies to support families’ emotional well-being, promote communication, collaboration and partnership with families as well as integrate family involvement in the care of premature infants by developing their sense of competency and self-efficacy.
