Here are our sales conditions for every activity:
- Our trainings, conferences, webinars or other activites are payable as a whole immediately.
- In case of cancellation on your part up to 10 days before the scheduled date of the activity, a refund will be made to you, less an administrative fee of 10%.
- In case of cancellation less than 10 days before the scheduled date of the activity, there is no refund possible.
- Presential training will be held on the condition of having a minimum of 12 registered participants. In case of the event participation rate being insufficient, the training will be canceled and the expenses will be reimbursed completly.
- The transaction receipt is required to ensure your participation to presential training.
- A certificate of continuing education will be provided within two weeks of the activity following receipt of the event evaluation form and the post-training knowledge questionnaire. For the continuous education certificate obtention procedure, click here.
